Outstanding Cheboygan Long Lake waterfront house located close to dining, golf, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, ORV trails, tubing, kayaking, day trips, and Mackinaw Island. Lots to do in the area or a great place to relax. High-speed internet on site.
Easily accessible house with a main floor bedroom and full bath. The second floor has a full bath, two bedrooms that adjoin with 4 queen beds (2 beds in each of the 2 bedrooms), and a king in the master bedroom with a private deck to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake.
Beautiful views of the lake from large windows throughout the house. Full cooking facilities, full-size washer and dryer, and lots of room to entertain and enjoy the serenity from the large deck. Plenty of room to play with the large yard and 150 feet of water frontage including a guest docking area for your boat.
Long Lake all sports lake is considered among the cleanest lakes in northern Michigan. It is a clear spring-fed lake, so its water is more consistently filtered through the natural spring-feeding process than are waters that flow from one lake to another. The average depth of Long Lake is 30 feet with a maximum depth of about 60 feet. It's a great all sports lake that offers skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing, and relaxation.
Long Lake is a very clean 400-acre spring-fed lake.
The lake frontage at the home does have a rock seawall, so we highly recommend water shoes.
The home is on a quiet paved road with little traffic to enjoy a stroll and biking. Close proximity to Mackinaw Island, Indian River, inland waterways, cross in the woods, and the finest multi-purpose trail systems in the United States. Cheboygan has more rails to trails systems than anywhere in the USA if you like to get out and ride a bike, take a jog or enjoy a leisurely walk. Petoskey and Harbor Springs and other areas are only an hour away.
The Black Mountain Recreation Area offers a vast network of marked trails for hiking, ATV excursions, horseback riding snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Over 30 miles of hiking, 60 miles of off-road vehicles, and 80 groomed miles of snowmobiling are all within a few miles of the house makes the area ideal for any type of outdoor adventure.
Relax, recharge, explore, roast marshmallows, stargaze, fish for Walleye off the dock, make some memories.

Summary: The property is beautiful and had all the necessities needed. The deck is beautiful and has a great family table and sectional couch by the gas grill. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. We brought our boat and the public launch was easy in/out and tie ups and all needed on the property dock.we will definitely look to return in the future!

Summary: This place is a beautiful peaceful spot for a family vacation! Ample space for our four families and kids. The house offers everything you’ll need and more. The owners are super friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews I was nervous that the upstairs would be too hot which nobody wants while vacationing….so we brought tons of fans- want to make note that they had central air plus tons of fans PLUS a window air conditioner in upstairs! Nobody was ever hot and I wanted to make sure to share for anyone else ever worried! This is a prime vacationing spot and we would gladly return again 💙

Summary: There was a lot of dog hair all over the floor, furniture and bed spreads, had to sweep, mop and wash everything, the Keurig was full of mold and the other coffee pot was filthy , couldn’t use the grill, when we did there was what looked like paint was falling on our food, it was pealing off falling on our food, other than that, the place was beautiful and we did have a wonderful time, and we do appreciate the use of the water accessories the raft kayaks we really did. Have a great time.

Summary: Enjoyed a wonderful 6 day stay at All sports Long Lake 4 BR home.The home has a beautiful view of the lake. There is a great deck that we enjoyed coffee and tea, and also breakfast on in the morning. There are lots of wonderful seating on the deck, as well as the amazing view. Summary: The hosts were clear and communicative and access to the place was easy. The property and space was outstanding, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I appreciated that the house had a dock and access to Long Lake that provided great outlet for our group even though the weather was not the best. We brough paddle boards and used the kayaks provided by the host to cruise around and swim in the calm and tranquil lake. Thanks to the hosts for sharing your amazing home with us!

Summary: We came to celebrate our parents 30th wedding anniversary. We had quite the rainy weekend, but this house was the perfect getaway for a long weekend vacation with family! We did a day trip to Mackinac Island & otherwise enjoyed using kayaks, sitting outside enjoying the view, & playing games. We had 10 adults and thought the house was spacious with enough sleeping arrangements for everyone. Hosts were super easy to communicate with!

Summary: The view is absolutely amazing. To watch the sunrise, on the spacious deck, while having coffee was so relaxing. The home is very spacious with a great view of the lake. We were within 20 minutes of great restaurants and local shopping. Close to a few wineries as well. I would rent this home again if in the area.

Summary: The house and stay were great! Christine and Jeff even greeted us when we arrived and gave us local suggestions for activities and restaurants. The property and lake are a beautiful location to relax and enjoy a northern Michigan summer. The house is only a 17 minute drive to town for major a grocery store or movie theather! The wifi signal was very weak and we weren't able to send emails when working from 'home' and with spotting cell service had trouble making phone calls. Overall, the home is a location to spend quality time with family and be off the grid.
